Contemporary Dance Class - 8PM

Service Description

This contemporary dance class focuses on correct technique to create freedom of movement. Centered around feeling what your dancing and the options learning technique can give you. Starting with a center warm up, followed by some across the floor techniques, and ending with choreography. Bring water with you to class. Long pants encouraged. Please wear dance appropriate clothing. No jeans! Footwear is pretty open to dancers preference. But, no dance sneakers or other more clunky shoes. We want you to feel the floor beneath your feet.
